Global Assistive Device Technology Expo Exhibition ( GATEC)
Global Assistive Device Technology Expo Exhibition ( GATEC) was held on 23-25 March 2023,at Gurgaon New Delhi in Association of ICMR ( Indian Medical Council & Research ) Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment collaborared with various National & International NGO & Private manufacturing sectors.
There were series of lectures, seminars & beautiful cultural evening.
Indian Association of Assistive Technologist (IAAT ) got the opportunity & privilege with a complimentary stall. The President of IAAT Dr.Prakash Mehta, Immediate Past President Dr. Mukesh Doshi, Treasurer Dr. Kavita Kutty E.C member Dr.Rakesh Babu Sharma & Dr.Akshay Zodge attended full time exhibition booth. Thanks to E.C member Dr. Rakesh Babu Sharma for his excellent preparation of the IAAT Stall. There were more than 250 stalls of various streams & presence of International Exhibitors seen.
Lots of visitors were introduced & made aware about IAAT the only registered organisation in the country. The IAAT membership drive was also in full swing. Interacted with various Stake holders alike architects, Therapists, manufacturers. All have shown keen interest to become a member of IAAT. The President & Immediate Past President got a privilege to take a part in Panel discussions where other best professional of the country were sharing their views.
It was a great opportunity for IAAT to work with various ministry, departments & get recognition in various aspects.
